We guarantee the quality of all our products. If you are not happy with your Image(s), you have 15 days to return for a full refund. Not included in this policy are Images ordered with the wrong language or incorrectly specified sizes. Please order carefully, as these images are all custom printed and framed by hand.
What about shipping damage?
If your box is broken, save the box and call us immediately. If you can, take a photograph and either send or email to us. We present the photo to the selected shipping company and they will come and inspect the damage, and will credit us. In the mean time, we will already be in the process of making you another Image.
It’s important to save the package as proof of damage so we can be reimbursed from the shipping company.
