Return Pol­i­cy
We guar­an­tee the qual­i­ty of all our prod­ucts. If you are not hap­py with your Image(s), you have 15 days to return for a full refund. Not includ­ed in this pol­i­cy are Images ordered with the wrong lan­guage or incor­rect­ly spec­i­fied sizes. Please order care­ful­ly, as the­se images are all cus­tom print­ed and framed by hand.

What about ship­ping dam­age?
If your box is bro­ken, save the box and call us imme­di­ate­ly. If you can, take a pho­tograph and either send or email to us. We present the pho­to to the select­ed ship­ping com­pa­ny and they will come and inspect the dam­age, and will cred­it us. In the mean time, we will already be in the process of mak­ing you anoth­er Image.

It’s impor­tant to save the pack­age as proof of dam­age so we can be reim­bursed from the ship­ping com­pa­ny.
