Cancellation/ Return/ Refund Policy

- Unframed Images - if you are not hap­py with your unframed Image(s), you have 10 days to return for a full refund of the Image. Not includ­ed in this pol­i­cy are Images ordered with the wrong lan­guage, or incor­rect­ly spec­i­fied sizes. You the customer are responsible for return shipping fees. Once we have the Image back, we will issue a full credit.

- Framed Images - We try very hard to get you your framed Images as fast as we can. Because our framed images are custom made, and frame styles and sizes are either special ordered, or cut and joined in-house from 10' lengths within hours of the order being placed, we cannot offer cancellations, refunds, or returns on framed Images once your order has been received.

Please order care­ful­ly, as the­se images are all cus­tom print­ed, and framed by hand.

What about damaged products and / or ship­ping dam­age? If your box is bro­ken, and/or the Image inside is damaged, please save the box and take a pho­tograph of the box and damaged Image, and email to us at sales@mercyimages.com. We need to present the pho­tos to the ship­ping com­pa­ny. They reserve the right to come and inspect the dam­age, so we ask you to keep the box until we let you know it’s ok to recycle it. In the mean time, we will already be in the process of mak­ing you anoth­er Image at no additional cost to you.

Please note: shipping damage is very rare due to our double-wall custom packaging.
